Vistula Risk Solutions Terms of Service

1. Who prepared this document and why?

These terms are an agreement between the Vistula Risk Solutions (VRS) office, located in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 81, and you or the company you represent. We have been operating on the market since 2016 and know that in crisis situations, no one has time to read fifty-page legal treatises. Therefore, we have written these rules briefly and to the point. By using our site or ordering an audit, you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept them, simply leave our site. We do not want to waste your time, because time is capital.

2. Our Services: Facts, Not Forecasts

We provide advisory services in asset protection, debt restructuring, and operational risk verification. Our flagship product is the Express Assessment of hazards, which we deliver within 24 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. We focus on saving liquidity, not on producing unnecessary papers. As part of our services, we can also negotiate with banks, tax offices, or counterparties on your behalf. So far, we have closed 124 such projects, so we know what arguments to use to halt execution or unblock funds in an account. However, we are not a law firm or a debt collection company — we are risk analysts.

3. What do we need from you?

For us to effectively help, you must play with open cards. If you order an audit, you must provide true financial data, bank statements, and copies of contracts. If you hide debts or blocked accounts from us, our diagnosis will be wrong. You are responsible for what you send us. In crisis situations, we act fast (reaction in 3.2 hours), but our effectiveness depends on the quality of the data you give us. If we realize that documents are forged or intentionally misleading, we immediately cease cooperation without refunding fees.

4. Money and Payments

At VRS, we prioritize transparency. We do not apply mythical success fees, which often prove to be a trap. For the Express Assessment, you pay a fixed rate of 4,200 PLN net. Other services, such as constant restructuring support, we settle in a monthly model (usually 3,150 PLN net) or flat-rate for a specific stage of work. We issue an invoice after the completion of a stage or monthly. You pay for the specific working time of Igor Zalewski, Marta Borkowska, or Jakub Stępień and for the specific reports you receive via email. There are no hidden costs or asterisks in the text.

5. Confidentiality: It's the Foundation

In the restructuring industry, discretion is more important than marketing. Everything you send us — from balance sheets to supplier lists — is protected by professional secrecy. We do not boast about your problems around town. Access to your data is restricted to our advisors assigned to the project. We operate in accordance with GDPR and Polish regulations on the protection of trade secrets. The reports we prepare for you are your property, but our analytical method remains the property of VRS. You can show our report at the bank to negotiate better terms, but you cannot sell it further.

6. Responsibility: A Realistic Approach

We advise based on facts and current regulations (e.g., MSWiA guidelines regarding sanctions). However, you, as the manager or owner, make the final business decisions. We do not take responsibility for how the bank reacts to our repayment plan — banks have their procedures that we cannot jump over by force. We guarantee the reliability of the analysis and hard negotiations, but we do not promise miracles where a company is already in an irreversible state of bankruptcy. Our financial responsibility towards you is limited to the amount of remuneration you paid for a given stage of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, the Vistula Risk Solutions logo, and our original spreadsheets for calculating break-even points are protected by copyright. You can use them for your own business needs. Copying our blog texts or offers and publishing them under another name is simply weak and illegal. If you want to quote our report on payment bottlenecks, provide the source and a link to the site. We respect your property, so we ask you to respect ours.

8. Termination and Disputes

Cooperation on monthly projects can be terminated at any time with a 14-day notice period. We can also do this if, for example, you stop paying invoices or start concealing key financial information. If a dispute arises between us that we do not resolve over coffee in our office on Jerozolimskie, the case will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of VRS in Warsaw. We operate under Polish law because that's where our roots are and where we know the rules of the game.

9. Changes to the Terms

The economic world changes fast, so we too must update our rules. New terms come into force upon publication on this site. We will inform you via email in advance about important changes regarding payments. The facts are that we care about your security just as much as our own.
